You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Sale items and opened electronics are not eligible for return.
Email us at support@techknite.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll fix it quickly.
